It is honestly a travesty that Diggs is higher than Hill on this list.  I think they should be swapped. Diggs had 137 MORE Scrimmage yards and 9 touchdowns less than Hill.  I'll take the TDs over yardage any day especially when there isn't a dramatic difference on yards.  Hill just has multiple ways to beat you.  The only thing that really stood out was Diggs' catch rate which was quite a bit better.  Jalen Ramsey is a top 10 player in the league.  I think Budda Baker is ranked too high.  Cook should be in top 15.  So there is some movement on this portion of the list that should happen.
