NFL Power Rankings Week 13

Another weird week in the NFL.  I guess we can start calling every week normal now.  Quite a few upsets happened and bad teams looked great at times.  Great teams looked bad at times.  Not a lot of real big changes or surprises in this week's power rankings.  The biggest rise was by Buccaneers by 5 points.  They are now on a 2 game winning streak.  The biggest fall was by the Titans dropping 5 due to being on a 2 game losing streak and just not looking good overall since Henry got injured.

1. Arizona Cardinals (9-2) (--)

This team was on a BYE WEEK.

2. Green Bay Packers (9-3) (--)

The Packers continue to win and continue to look dominate.

3. New England Patriots (8-4) (--)

They have won 6 in a row.  They have scored 336 points which is 3rd in the entire NFL.  Oh yeah, their defense is great as well.  This team is going to be hard to beat going into the playoffs.

4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (8-3) (+5)

The Buccaneers continue to put up points.  They have been a bit inconsistent throughout the last several games but right now they are definitely playing like a top 5 team.

5. Kansas City Chiefs (7-4) (--)

This team was on a BYE WEEK.

6. Baltimore Ravens (8-3) (+2)

The Ravens looked terrible against the Browns and still found a way to win.  That has been their motto this year.  Find a way to win!

7. Buffalo Bills (7-4) (+4)

They are still 2nd in point differential this year (2 points behind the Patriots).  They have been inconsistent but when they are playing their best, they can take out any team in the league.

8. Dallas Cowboys (7-4) (-2)

Are the Cowboys are as good as we thought?  They just can't seem to get anywhere when they don't have their top 2 options.  I knew it wouldn't look pretty but they look like a completely different team on offense.

9. Tennessee Titans (8-4) (-5)

This might be the last time they are in the top ten.  They have lost the last 2 but they lucked out with the Colts lost as well.  The Titans are still 3-1 in their division which might hold key for tiebreakers at the end of the season.  They need to find themselves fast though or they aren't going to win their division.

10. Cincinnati Bengals (7-4) (+2)

They have scored more points and given up less points than the Ravens.  The Bengals are 3-1 in their division.  The Ravens aren't as far ahead as people think.

11. Los Angeles Rams (7-4) (-4)

I didn't think they were ever going to fall out of my top ten.  They just aren't playing good ball right now.  That's crazy as you look at probably the most talented roster in the league.

12. Indianapolis Colts (6-6) (-2)

They are 2nd in the league right now in points scored behind only the Buccaneers.  That's crazy as you see they are just .500.

13. San Francisco 49ers (6-5) (+4)

I didn't think they would beat the Vikings and boy, was I wrong.  I was also let know I was wrong about a million times by a 49ers fan.  They are on a 3 game win streak.

14. Los Angeles Chargers (6-5) (-1)

They have scored less points and given up more points than the Chiefs.  Yet, let's continue the narrative that the Chargers offense is more explosive this year and the Chiefs defense isn't any good.

15. Denver Broncos (6-5) (+3)

The Broncos have won 3 out of their last 5 heading to take on the division leaders in the Chiefs.  The Broncos haven't been able to beat the Chiefs in their last 11 attempts.

16. Minnesota Vikings (5-6) (-2)

The Vikings played a close game against the 49ers.  They are 2-0 in their division.

17. Las Vegas Raiders (6-5) (+4)

The Raiders have the worst point differential in the AFC West with -36.  They continue to hang around even with all the outside noise.

18. Pittsburgh Steelers (5-5-1) (-2)

The Steelers just aren't good right now.  The WFT have scored more points.

19. Cleveland Browns (6-6) (-4)

They have given up just as many points (267) in one more game than the Steelers.  Baker Mayfield is clearly bothered by his injury and at this point affecting the team.

20. Washington Football Team (5-6) (+3)

They are on a 3 game winning streak.  However, they have a  -53 in point differential.

21. Miami Dolphins (5-7) (+3)

They are on a 4 game winning streak.  However, they have a -45 in point differential.

22. Philadelphia Eagles (5-7) (-3)

The Eagles can still fight for the division title with the Cowboys slipping the last couple of weeks.  They are the only other team beside the Cowboys with a positive point differential (+31).

23. New Orleans Saints (5-6) (-3)

They are on a 4 game losing streak.  However, they have a +8 point differential.

24. Carolina Panthers (5-7) (-2)

CmC being out and Cam Newton not that guy at QB is just making things worse for a team that started out so hot this year.

25. Atlanta Falcons (5-6) (+1)

They are one of six teams that have not scored 200 + points up to this point.  They are in that category with the Jets, Texans, Jaguars, Bears, and Lions.  Ouch.

26. Chicago Bears (4-7) (+1)

They have won 1 out of their last 5 games.  That just isn't going to cut it.

27. Seattle Seahawks (3-8) (-2)

Pete Carrol and Russell Wilson shouldn't be apart of this team next year.  Curious to see how things pan out.

28. New York Giants (4-7) (--)

They are .500 at home this year.  They are 1-4 on the road.  They need to figure out how to win some road games.

29. New York Jets (3-8) (+2)

They are 0-4 in their division and have given up 334 points.  That is the most in the league.

30. Houston Texans (2-9) (-1)

The Texans continue to be the worst ran franchise in the league.

31. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-9) (-1)

They have still not won a road or division game. *London counted as a home game*

32. Detroit Lions (0-10-1) (--)

At this point you just kind of feel bad for the Lions fans.
