| Ezekiel Elliott - Dallas Cowboys Running Back |
Ezekiel Elliott is primed for a bounce back year after he failed to get 1000 rushing yards and only had 6 rushing touchdowns. Do you take a risk to draft Elliott when there are better RBs on the board? He has averaged around 330 touches per year with a 5.0 scrimmage yards per touch. He will get you points especially in points per reception leagues where he averages 48 receptions for 8.1 receiving yards per reception. So if he has a bounce back year with a healthy Dak leading the team he could lead your team to victory.
You do have to deal with some fumbling issues as he has 5 or more fumbles in three of his five years. However, the total yards and receptions he will bring to your team will negate any negative on that end.
The thing that blew my mind is he is averaging over 1,665 total scrimmage yards per year with an average of 11 total touchdowns (rushing and receiving combined).
So don't let a down year which would be a good year for 90% of other running backs sway you from this man. He will get you your points.
